Please note the delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

 

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched so please ensure that you check your address before confirming your order.

We aim to meet these delivery times but please note during busy periods, postal/carrier delays, extreme weather conditions or the odd occasion we have technical system updates this can take a little longer.

UK Bank holidays and weekends are not classified as working days.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at we will give you advise on what to do.

Most of our items are custom made to order with that delivery can take up to 15 working days.

  • according to customs legislation, it is your responsibility to investigate and cover the any overseas tax or customs charge. However, the starting point of duties as well as exemptions are different for each country and region, depending on the customs legislation of your country.

 

  • For some countries and regions (e.g. Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Greece, etc.),that is, the logistics channel name contains the word tax-paid/ tax free/tax included; If you choose these channels, if you incur fees, you can pay them first and then contact your advisor with proof of payment for a refund.

Step TWO : Take your parcel to your local post office & make sure to keep your proof of postage – this is your insurance on your parcel

 

Step THREE: Sit back and relax, we will keep you updated via email on every step of the processing journey!

 

 If you wish to use your own method of postage that is absolutely fine – just remember it is your responsibility to ensure that your parcel gets back to us so please retain your proof of postage, please also ensure that all paperwork it put back in the parcel so we know its yours.

Our after-sales Team will respond within 48 hours, you need to attend and respond to the inbox messages. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 48 hours of the return .
